evidence-based relationship reads · iOS

the text message analyzer that shows its working.

plenty of things will tell you what your messages mean. textRay is the one that has to prove it. every finding cites the messages it came from, counterevidence included. bring the receipts, get the read.

what an AI text message analyzer actually does

you give it a conversation. it reads the words and the clock: who starts, who stalls, how long the gaps run, whether the warmth is trending up or down. then it names the patterns it can support. that's the job. the difference between tools is what happens when the evidence is thin. most fill the gap with confidence. textRay files it under pending.

every scan comes back as three artefacts:

  • the verdict. the headline read of the conversation. 3–8 words. "dry replies, one-way momentum."
  • the receipts. the evidence layer. quotes, statistics, timelines. everything the verdict claims, on file.
  • the read. pattern findings in your vocabulary, not a textbook's. "breadcrumbing — 74% pattern match", with the messages that earned the number.
themheyy stranger, thought about you today x
youit's been six weeks

previous message: six weeks ago. pattern check: running.

no vibes. counted things.

a read you can argue with is worth more than a read you have to believe. so the scan counts:

what shows up in the receipts
  • reply gaps: the same-day answer vs the 21:47 "haha yeah maybe"
  • the effort split: who initiates, who plans, who does the circling back
  • pattern flags by severity: green, orange, red. named calmly, cited always
  • counterevidence: the messages that cut against the finding, one tap away

and the model stays backstage. the receipts are the star. if a claim can't be traced to a message, it doesn't ship.

how to analyse text messages with textRay

  1. add the conversation. screenshots from any app, a WhatsApp export, or pasted text.
  2. agree to the scan. nothing is analysed until you consent to AI processing.
  3. get the read. one credit runs the initial scan: the verdict and the headline patterns. the full scan opens every exhibit, the trends, and the what now.
the receipts will decide

run the scan on the chat you keep reopening.

what textRay refuses to do

it doesn't diagnose people. findings are patterns in a conversation, never verdicts on a person. it doesn't pick your side: both halves of the chat get read, and when the evidence points at you, the report says so. it doesn't manufacture drama either. "steady care, no weird games" is a verdict it hands out with the same straight face.

and when the conversation genuinely doesn't add up to anything, that's the finding. verdict: pending. evidence: available.

The boring bit, on purpose.

textRay never connects to your messaging apps or accounts. You choose what to add, and nothing is analysed until you agree to AI processing. Reports stay in your history until you delete them. There is no subscription. Credits start from £2.99, an initial scan uses one credit, a full scan uses three, and a failed scan does not use the credit. textRay is for ages 16 and over.

questions, answered plainly

what is a text message analyzer?

an app that reads a conversation and reports the patterns in it. textRay scans a chat you add yourself and returns three things: the verdict (the headline read), the receipts (quotes, statistics, timelines), and the read (pattern findings, hedged where evidence is thin).

how is textRay different from pasting a chat into a chatbot?

evidence discipline. a chatbot gives an answer instantly and can invent things. textRay cites the messages behind every finding, shows counterevidence rather than hiding it, reads both sides, and hedges when the conversation doesn't support a conclusion.

what kinds of messages can I analyse?

screenshots from any messaging app, WhatsApp chat exports, or pasted text. you add the conversation yourself on iOS, and nothing is analysed until you agree to AI processing.

is my conversation stored?

reports stay in your history until you delete them. there is no subscription: credits start from £2.99, an initial scan uses one credit, a full scan uses three, and a failed scan does not use the credit.
